In extenuating circumstances, you can email hello@bloomflowerfestivals.com to request a refund and provide detailed information to support your request.
Please note, we are unable to issue a refund due to unfavourable weather unless it was deemed unsafe such as a lightning storm.

All refund requests will be processed on Wednesdays throughout the festival.
Any requests submitted 1 week after the festival will not be processed.
A processing fee of 30% will be deducted from your refund amount.
